| IMRAN KHAN MASTERMIND OF MAY 9 ATTACKS: MARYAM NAWAZ |
Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) chief organizer Maryam Nawaz has labeled former prime minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan as the "mastermind of the May 9 attacks", ARY News reported on Friday.
Addressing a PML-N workers convention in Vihari, Maryam Nawaz condemned the May 9 riots following the arrest of PTI chief Imran Khan. He alleged that miscreants had carried out organized attacks on military installations including the Corps Commander House in Lahore.

She further alleged that Imran Khan had assigned tasks and targets to miscreants who attacked military installations. She added that Imran Khan was not only involved in the May 9 attacks but his facilitators should also be held accountable.
Maryam said that Imran Khan had taken vindictive actions against his political opponents during his rule and now the leaders of his own political party were parting ways with him. She added that Nawaz Sharif does not believe in revenge.

Maryam said that top leaders of PML-N faced jail but PML-N workers did not leave the party. She claimed that PTI people also admitted that Imran Khan was the mastermind behind the May 9 attacks.
She said that peace has returned to the country after the crackdown on PTI and the nation will not forgive Imran Khan for his misdeeds.
